• My 10 year old washing machine stopped working and had lights flashing to tell me there was a problem. I rang one Monday morning, Graham was able to pop by the same day, find the issue and order a new part. Once the part arrived, Graham quickly found a slot to fit us in and within an hour the machine was up and running again as good as new. • Called Graham afternoon on Thursday regarding old semi integrated dishwasher. He made first call on Friday, diagnosed the problem but found due to age of dishwasher parts were no longer available. Recommended replacement machine which I ordered and Graham came and fitted the new dishwasher when it was delivered three days later. Very personable, knowledgeable and competent.
